  • Accurately write service orders and explain recommended work
  • Communicate clearly with technicians and customers
  • Handle a busy front counter without losing details

What you’ll be doing

  • Greeting customers in person and on the phone
  • Writing service tickets and work orders
  • Explaining tire and basic automotive services in plain language
  • Coordinating with technicians on job status and timing
  • Handling payments, invoices, and follow-ups
  • Keeping customer and vehicle information organized
