Tire Technician

We’re continuously looking for motivated, dependable tire technicians to join our team. Experience is a plus, but attitude, work ethic, and reliability matter most. These are full time positions with group benefits, registered pension plan and LTD insurance.

Entry-Level Tire Technician (No Resume Required)

What this role is about

We’re looking for a dependable Tire Technician to help keep our customers safe on the road. You’ll be hands-on every day—removing, installing, and servicing tires on customer vehicles while working as part of a fast-paced shop team.

No resume required. Instead, answer a short set of practical questions about your skills and experience (10–15 minutes).

✅ What success looks like
Within your first 90 days, you will:

  • Safely remove and install tires on a variety of vehicles
  • Consistently lift and handle tires and equipment weighing 50+ lbs
  • Follow shop safety procedures and instructions
  • Show up on time, ready to work, including Saturdays
  • Work well with technicians and service advisors

  • Remove and install tires on customer vehicles
  • Balance and rotate tires as required
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Assist with basic automotive services when needed
  • Follow all safety and workplace procedures
